Queen of Cups - The Space Between Your Heart and Your Feet
We are going to take a slightly different approach today to our Daily Blessing. As I continue to hone in on what I want to be creating and offering from this blog, I thank anyone reading for joining me in this beta testing phase of my writing and mystical artmaking. At the beginning of Aquarius Sun Season, we shifted from longer-form card and astro explanations/correspondences into more distilled messages and corresponding sigils.
Basically what I want to be providing here is a daily space for activation. When we even simply look at art, like the Tarot card itself or an astrological symbol, or a sigil, we are changed. Your eyes receive a specific vibration from the image and that inherently influences our state of being. This is activation - something inside you has been ignited or awoken.
After receiving a wonderful review/testimonial from a dear friend and “original subscriber” to my newsletter, I want to test something out here. In my 2020 Daily Medicine Card newsletters, a major component was the fact that I often asked my readers some rhetorical questions via brief prompts related to the daily card. So, at least for a little while here in this Daily Blessing blog, we are going to try that on for size. The Queen of Cups
We have worked with the Queen of Cups before, on January 20 in conjunction with the 8 of Swords. Today we get to receive the Queen’s message singularly from her.
As we work with Lettie Jane Rennenkamp’s Many Queens Tarot, I often like to take her mini-guidebook write-up as our introductory blessing to each card. Regarding our Queen today: “You have all the answers you need, here in the space between your heart and your feet. Act from the guts, the pelvic floor, your divine intuition knows when to laugh and when to cry. Are you blocking your ability to feel something fully? Stop telling yourself a story, breathe inside and find out what’s really going on.”
