SPIRALIC TIME
Spirals are potent portals that help us enter a time and space where nothing is linear. When we engage the process of drawing or coloring a spiral we are honoring the deep math of Mother Nature as she emerges in patterns micro and macro. One of my favorite manifestations of the spiral patterning of the quantum universe is...SPIRALIC TIME. Here we have the opportunity to drop out of our conscious linear mind and its attachments to the rigid constructs of the hours of the day, the days of the week, the calendar year and we get to tickle a primal corner of our unconscious minds who knows that we exist in constantly repeating and expanding experiences. When we get in the coloring zone of meditating we can go into beta and theta waves that amplify the heart’s gnosis of spiralic time (the heart is the most powerful electromagnetic forcefield and amplifier in our bodies). Not only that, but our unconscious mind (the second most powerful electromagnetic forcefield and amplifier in our bodies) becomes malleable to expand beyond that which we have been taught about time, space, the soul and art.

MANDALA MEDICINE
Mandalas are a divine technology, portals invoked worldwide by all sorts of people for many different spiritual and emotional reasons. Along with the famous Tibetan monks’ intricate and devotional sand mandalas, average folks intuitively doodling mandalas, or coloring in a mandala coloring book is a known stress-reducer. Akin to the dopamine release of a jigsaw puzzle (each piece is a small shot and finishing the whole puzzle is a proper cascade) the mandala offers a similar path to natural joy. There’s nothing like watching each ring of the mandala fill in piece-by-piece and build towards such a mind-bending blossom.
I love drawing mandalas, it feels so good. But I literally have never finished a mandala in an adult coloring book. I wanted to make something that people could enjoy coloring and achieve the added feel-good booster of having a beautiful completed piece of art within the course of an hour
SIGIL MAGICK
Sigil magick is an age-old process of transforming verbal prayers and spells into visual imagery. While the process of drawing the original sigil is birthed from the very word or phrase of intention itself, once we get tot he point of drawing the lines or coloring them in, we begin amplifying that vibrational message for the whole world. We do so by getting into the zone of meditating through drawing and/or coloring, and thus switching off our conscious minds and dropping into our hearts (the most powerful electromagnetic forcefield and amplifier in our bodies) and our unconscious minds (the second most powerful electromagnetic forcefield and amplifier in our bodies).
I love drawing sigils. There are few other comparably powerful ways to drop into the heart of prayer or spells vibrational essence. I share these ones with you not only to collaborate on healing the world, but to do so by soothing and opening our own hearths.
